Every third weekend and holidays as needed.Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Acute Care Rehab department. The ideal candidate will provide specialized care for patients with rehabilitation needs, including those recovering from strokes, aneurysms, post-operative surgical procedures, and neurological diagnoses.ResponsibilitiesPatient care for adults and geriatrics with rehabilitation needs. Assess vital signs, blood pressure, respiratory rate, and temperature. Perform dressing changes and set up aseptic/sterile procedure trays. Conduct telephonic triage and process pharmacy calls and refill requests. Interpret laboratory results and perform medication reconciliation. Assume a patient ratio of 1:6.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 1 year of acute care rehab experience preferred. Must possess a current BLS certification. EPIC charting system experience is required. Pass a mandatory EKG exam as part of compliance prior to start. Active nursing license is required for submission.Why ARMStaffing?
