We’re looking for a hands-on Chef/Kitchen Leader who leads by showing, builds culture, and takes ownership of the kitchen. What You’ll Do Lead a small, experienced kitchen team (under 10 people) Be on the line and in the action—this is not a clipboard role Hire, train, and develop team members Maintain consistency, quality, and speed in a high-volume environment Contribute to weekly specials and collaborate on menu ideas Manage ordering, inventory, and kitchen systems Set the tone for culture, accountability, and standards Who You Are A problem solver who doesn’t wait to be told what to do A leader who builds trust and holds people accountable Someone who thrives working with their team—not above it Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen Organized, but not rigid—able to adapt and think on your feet You’ve got that “figure it out” mentality and take pride in your work What This Job Is (and Isn’t) This is: A leadership role where you’re in the mix every day A chance to shape culture and be part of a strong, stable team A kitchen where your input is valued and ideas are welcomed This is NOT: A sit-back-and-manage position A role for someone who avoids the line A place for ego without execution Schedule 5 days per week (~50 hours) Nights and weekends are required Comp & Benefits $60,000–$75,000 salary (based on experience) Paid Time Off Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Dining perks Our Culture We operate on trust and leadership .
