As we grow into new markets, we're looking for motivated sales professionals ready to build lasting customer relationships and develop new business.Role DescriptionFull-time | On-site + Field Sales | Miami, FLThe Outside Sales Representative – Packaging Solutions will identify new business opportunities, visit prospective customers, present packaging solutions, and help grow our customer base. This role reports directly to the Sales Manager and collaborates with operations, warehouse, accounting, and customer service as needed.ResponsibilitiesProspect and develop new customers across assigned markets and territoriesVisit businesses in person to identify packaging needs and opportunitiesBuild relationships with warehouses, food processors, manufacturers, distributors, and logistics companiesCold call, email, follow up on leads, and schedule customer visitsPresent products, samples, and solutions tailored to customer needsFollow up on quotes, open opportunities, and customer requestsMaintain pipeline, activity notes, and customer updatesShare market feedback, competitor insights, and customer intelligence with the Sales ManagerWork toward sales goals set by the Sales ManagerQualificationsPrevious sales experience preferredBackground in packaging, logistics, warehouse, food, or manufacturing is a plusStrong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsComfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and in-person customer visitsSelf-motivated, organized, and goal-orientedBilingual English/Spanish preferredValid driver's license requiredBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred but not requiredCompensationBase salary commensurate with experience. New hires begin with an introductory period to evaluate performance and fit. Upon successful completion, eligibility for bonus and/or commission is available based on results.
