Media Operations SpecialistLocation: Seattle, WA (Onsite)Duration: 6-Month W2 Contract (Potential Extension)Pay Rate: $45–$55/hour DOERussell Tobin is supporting a leading global technology organization in the search for a Media Operations Specialist to join a high-performing North America marketing team. This role will support the planning, execution, and operational management of large-scale brand and media campaigns across multiple channels.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting media operations workflows, campaign execution, budget tracking, creative trafficking, and cross-functional project coordination within a fast-paced marketing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport execution and operational management of integrated media campaigns across channels including:Video (Linear TV, Streaming TV, Premium Online Video)Audio (Radio, Streaming, Podcasts)Digital and MobileOutdoorPrint and Traditional MediaAssist Media Managers with campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reportingManage media operations workflows including:Budget trackingPurchase order (PO) issuanceInvoice tracking and approvalsSpend forecasting updatesSupport creative trafficking and QA processes, ensuring assets are delivered accurately and on scheduleCoordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and production schedules across internal teams and external partnersMaintain campaign trackers, project milestones, and operational documentationAnalyze campaign and media performance data to support reporting and optimization effortsAssist with development and production of marketing collateral and campaign assetsFacilitate communication between marketing, finance, creative, agency, and vendor teamsBuild strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external agency partnersDemonstrate strong attention to detail and understanding of media operations fundamentalsBasic Qualifications3–5 years of experience in media operations, marketing operations, campaign execution, media planning support, or related marketing functionsExperience with media operations processes including:Budget trackingPO issuanceInvoice managementCreative traffickingCreative QA/review processesExperience supporting integrated marketing or media campaignsStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyProficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPointStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree preferredExperience working within large enterprise or agency environmentsFamiliarity with media planning and campaign operations workflowsExperience supporting brand or integrated marketing campaignsFamiliarity with cloud technologies is a plusRussell Tobin offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.Equal Employment OpportunityRussell Tobin is an equal opportunity employer.
