Product Support Specialist Iteris is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Product Support Specialist to deliver exceptional field service for Iteris solutions, including advanced detection and ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems) equipment. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver committed to excellence in customer service and technical expertise.Responsibilities Deliver top-tier support and post-sale services to exceed client expectationsProvide comprehensive on-site, and phone-based troubleshooting, system turn-on, and support of Iteris detection and signal-related ITS devicesExecute installation, maintenance, and repair services for Iteris equipment under maintenance/service contracts, emphasizing responsiveness and accountabilityUphold high safety standards while working in and around roadways, including proficiency in the use of bucket trucksFoster strong client relationships by delivering professional, timely, and effective technical solutionsRegularly travel (up to 50% overnight) to ensure optimal on-site project supportRequirements High School Diploma requiredIMSA Level I Certification (or the ability to obtain) requiredIMSA Work Zone Safety certification highly preferredMinimum of 3 years of field-based technical support experience with traffic signal – ITS equipment (e.g., cabinets, controllers, detection systems)Proven track record working with ITS equipment, whether for a manufacturer or in a municipal/contractor roleDemonstrated ability to provide exceptional service, professionalism, and effective communication in high-stakes environmentsSelf-motivated, team-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and a commitment to continuous improvementProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is essentialMust hold an acceptable driving record and be able to travel extensivelyIteris anticipates paying a base salary between $73,300 and $81,700 for this role.
