Construction Project Engineer

Project Engineer Schrepple Construction | Phoenix, AZ | Full-Time | Salary: $60,000–$80,000 (based on experience) About the Role Schrepple Construction is seeking an entry-level to mid-level Project Engineer to help manage a team of project managers. This role is ideal for someone with a solid construction background who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with project management software. Key Responsibilities * Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and administration * Assist in tracking project schedules, budgets, and documentation * Review and process submittals, RFIs, and change orders * Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field staff * Maintain accurate project records and documentation in Sage 100 Contractor * Assist with material procurement and tracking * Help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget * Communicate project updates and issues to Project Managers and stakeholders * Support quality control and compliance with project specifications * Assist with punch lists and project closeout documentation Qualifications * Knowledge of construction processes and practices required * Plumbing and HVAC knowledge a plus * Proficiency with computers and software such as Sage 100 Contractor, Procore, and similar platforms * Strong organizational and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and support several Project Managers simultaneously * Must be able to professionally support and coordinate self-performed work (plumbing and HVAC trades) * Reliable transportation to the office (Phoenix, AZ) Compensation & Benefits * Salary: $60,000–$80,000 DOE * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Benefits package How to Apply Please send your resume to *hr@schreppleconstruction.com* Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
