Job Description About the RoleWe're looking for a hands-on Installation Technician to join a growing team specializing in rainwater collection systems. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a tight-knit crew that takes pride in quality work (while keeping things positive and fun), this could be a great fit.This isn't just a job—it's a path to leadership. We're actively looking for individuals who want to grow into Crew Lead roles as the company expands.What You'll DoAssist with installation of rainwater collection systems at residential and commercial sitesPerform general labor including trenching, PVC pipe laying, and system setupOperate tools and equipment such as power tools, trenchers, and mini excavatorsMeasure, cut, and assemble materials using basic tools (tape measure, saws, etc.)Help install water tanks and prepare systems for final plumbing connectionsMaintain clean, organized job sites from start to finishWork closely with a team to complete projects—typically within 1 week or lessWork Environment & ScheduleOutdoor, hands-on work in a team-oriented and upbeat environmentSchedule: 45–50 hours per week (regular overtime available)Start Time: 7:00 AM at the shop, then travel to job sites in company vehiclesPaid travel time starting when you leave the shopOccasional travel to job sites 2–4 hours awayOvernight stays provided when needed (company-supported)What We're Looking ForComfortable with manual labor and working outdoors in various conditions (6 Months+ Exp)Basic experience using hand and power toolsAbility to read a tape measure and follow instructionsStrong work ethic with a team-first mindsetReliable, honest, and takes pride in quality workEager to learn and grow within the companyPreferred QualificationsExperience in construction, landscaping, plumbing, or similar field workExperience operating trenchers or mini excavatorsValid Driver's License (clean driving record preferred)Candidates 25+ with a clean record may qualify for higher pay as a designated driver.Pay & Growth Opportunities$20–$23/hour, depending on experience and driving qualificationsRegular overtime opportunitiesClear path to advancement into Crew Lead / Team Leader rolesJoin a company that values hard work, integrity, and initiativeCompany DescriptionWe are a homegrown, local Texas company that started with a plan that has now become our mission and purpose: to serve our clients and candidates alike.
