Associate Software Developer
What you will actually doYou will write code that ships to production ??? not toy projects, not internal tools no one uses. Real client work. Real users. You will build features across the full stack, fix bugs that matter, and learn how a production codebase works when paying customers depend on it every day.We use .NET, Next.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL. You do not need to know all of these on day one. You need a working brain, an ability to read documentation, and the willingness to figure things out rather than waiting to be spoon-fed.Day-to-day responsibilitiesBuild and maintain features in our web applications (Next.js frontend, .NET backend)Write clean, testable code and get it reviewed by senior engineers before it shipsDebug issues in staging and production ??? learn to read logs, trace requests, and think systematicallyParticipate in daily standups and weekly planning ??? you will need to clearly explain what you are working on and where you are stuckWrite basic documentation for the features you build so the next person does not have to reverse-engineer your workCollaborate directly with designers and project managers ??? this is not a headphones-on-all-day roleWhat we are looking forLogical thinking: You can break a problem into smaller parts, think through edge cases, and explain your approach step by step. We will test this in the interview ??? not with LeetCode puzzles, but with real scenarios.Communication: You can write a clear Slack message, explain a bug to a non-technical PM, and ask good questions when something is unclear. English fluency (spoken and written) is required ??? you will interact with clients.Comfort with JavaScript/TypeScript: You have built something real with it ??? a personal project, a college project, a freelance job. Anything that shows you can write working code beyond a tutorial.Willingness to learn .NET: If you already know C#/.NET, great. If not, you need to be the kind of person who can pick up a new language/framework in weeks, not months.0-2 years experience: Fresh graduates welcome if you can demonstrate the above. We care about what you can do, not how many years you have done nothing useful.Work setupLocation: Onsite at our Delhi office ??? Netaji Subhash Place (NSP). This is not a remote or hybrid role.Hours: Standard office hours, Monday to Saturday. Occasional flexibility for production issues.Team: You report to the engineering lead. Team of 6-8 engineers working across multiple client projects and our internal products. What we offerReal production experience from week one ??? no 3-month "training period" where you watch videosCode review culture ??? your code gets reviewed, and you learn to review others' codeDirect exposure to client projects across multiple industries (e-commerce, SaaS, B2B platforms)Growth path: Associate to Software Developer to Senior, based on demonstrated ability, not calendar timeHow to applyFill out the form on this page.
