By staying at the forefront of innovation, we ensure both our internal teams and external partners benefit from modern, secure, and high‑quality communication practices.A role you will love As a Mail Machine Operator, you will be responsible for performing mail enclosing processing in an ISO & Financial Communication Service environment focused on 100% accuracy in compliance with company service and risk management standards. In this role, you’ll help ensure all mailings include the correct inserts, avoid duplication, and meet strict privacy, compliance, and quality standards. You’ll also work to keep the machines running smoothly and efficiently while following established procedures and safety guidelines.Other Key Responsibilities IncludeSet up mail inserting equipment in accordance with job instructions.Load correct components onto machine per job.Perform regular and detailed quality checks on all components and finished envelopes to ensure quality standards are met.Record/Reconcile daily work to meet our ISO standards and job instructions.Ensure related procedures are followed within guidelines.Escalate any non-conformance for jobs or schedule.Perform basic machine maintenance to maintain proper machine performanceWhat will you bring to the role? The typical base pay range for this role is $19- $22.5/hour USD.
