Overview As Engineering Manager, you will lead a high-performing team designing next-generation wellness products that improve physical recovery, relaxation, and overall wellbeing. You’ll balance speed, quality, and innovation while integrating user-centered wellness outcomes into the New Product Development process. Your leadership will translate wellness insights into differentiated, safe, and high-performing product experiences. This role combines technical mastery with talent development to drive category-defining solutions for Kohler Wellness.
