Job Title:Tire Truck SpecialistLocation:Juniata, NE Pay:$18.00 – $20.00 per hour (depending on experience)Job Type:Full-Time | Temp-to-HireJob OverviewWe are seeking a Tire Truck Specialist to join our client's team in Juniata, NE. This position involves traveling to farms, fields, and job sites to provide professional tire services for trucks, agricultural equipment, and commercial vehicles.The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and customer-service oriented, with the ability to work independently in the field and assist in the tire shop when needed.Key ResponsibilitiesTravel to farms, fields, and remote locations to provide on-site tire services, including emergency roadside assistance and field repairs.Remove, install, inspect, and repair tires on trucks, agricultural equipment, and commercial vehicles using specialized tools and equipment.Conduct thorough tire inspections to identify wear, damage, or defects and recommend necessary actions for safety and performance.Maintain a professional appearance and positive customer service attitude when interacting with customers and coworkers.Keep the tire truck clean and organized inside and out.Maintain organization of tire inventory, tubes, and supplies; perform accurate counts as required.Complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner.Maintain tire truck equipment and perform routine maintenance.Maintain daily truck maintenance logbook and complete required inspections (fire extinguisher, yearly inspections, etc.).Provide service during evenings, weekends, and on-call periods as required.Communicate operational, customer, vendor, or employee issues to the Coordinator.Assist in the tire shop when needed.Skills & QualificationsStrong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to adapt to changing work environments and field conditions.Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, inventory systems, and accounting software).Willingness to attend training to improve job knowledge.Ability to read, write, and speak English.Education & RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredValid Driver's License requiredCDL preferred but not requiredAbility to obtain Forklift CertificationPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift, push, or pull up to 100 pounds at times.Work in all weather conditions and outdoor environments.Frequent sitting, standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.Ability to work around moving equipment, fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals.Comfortable working at heights or in physically demanding environments.ScheduleRegular scheduled shifts with consistent attendance requiredAdditional hours, evenings, weekends, and on-call work may be requiredApply today to join a team dedicated to safety, customer service, and reliable field tire support.gethiredhastings
