Experienced Senior, Compliance & Monitoring

Job Summary:The Production Supervisor within Government Services leads a team that performs real-time analysis and review of extensivedocumentation required by federal regulations. The Supervisor must be a critical thinker who seeks input from their team andchallenges the status quo. The Supervisor must also be comfortable communicating "the why" and assisting others withunderstanding program policies and procedures to solve problems and ensure program compliance. The Supervisor is responsible for researching client requests related to eligibility and assisting with constituent outreach. Additionally, theSupervisor will be accountable for team deliverables and timelines, offer feedback and delegate to Associates, and exhibit fiercecareer ownership.Job Duties:Training and Technical Assistance:Leads training and provide technical assistance to funded recipientsEffectively communicates eligible and ineligible expenses to potential recipients, internal partners, and the public at largeReviews and approves policies and procedures manual and all amendmentsDesigns and implements subrecipient training programs and outreach contentReporting Activities:Utilizes technology to ensure funding transparency and accountabilityManages content updates for public transparency websiteReviews and finalizes real-time status reports of fundingAssists in design and implementation of client reporting dashboardsOversight and Compliance:Manages day-to-day oversight and compliance activities for the programImplements internal control framework to prevent fraud, waste, and abuseManages responses to state and federal oversight and monitoring activities* Other duties as requiredSupervisory Responsibilities:* Manages day-to-day production environment for case management and administrative staffQualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Education:* HS Diploma or GED, required* Associate's or Bachelor's, preferredExperience:* Two (2) to four (4) years' experience in a production environment related to manufacturing, quality assurance, or grant management, preferred* Federal grant administration and compliance experience, preferredLicense/Certifications:* N/ASoftware:* Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc), preferredLanguage:* N/AOther Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Ability to understand complex grant funding requirementsAbility to navigate multiple software applicationsSuperior verbal and written communication skillsThis position may require travel. Travel frequency may vary based on business needsCandidates must be willing to [work occasional weekends, attend off-site meetings, etc.] as requiredIndividual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.California Range: $65,000 - $75,000
