This role offers consistent hours, excellent pay, and outstanding benefits with a company that values craftsmanship, precision, and long-term career growth.ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, edit and maintain manual and CNC lathes and milling machinesInterpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructionsPerform precision measurements and inspections to ensure quality standards are metRead calipers and micrometersTroubleshoot issues and make adjustments as needed to maintain production accuracyMaintain a safe, organized, and clean work environmentCollaborate with the team to meet production schedules and quality goalsQualifications3+ years hands experience operating manual and CNC lathes and millsStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to read and interpret blueprints and precision measuring instrumentsSolid problem-solving skills with a commitment to quality and safetyDependable, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to a stable, growing company
