This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and focuses on excellent customer service. The Customer Care Center shift is 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM (EST), 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (PST), and is fully remote.Primary Responsibilities:Performs customer scheduling functions via high-volume customer phone calls, emails, and online scheduling requests. Communicates with team members regarding schedule additions/changesCommunicates with hospital staff and/or doctors regarding schedule additions/changesEnters and updates work orders within an online scheduling systemUpdates customer notes in CRM systemConducts confirmation callsQualificationsSkills, Experience and Qualifications Required:Experience working in a high volume call center environmentScheduling experienceStrong customer service skillsProfessional phone demeanorWorks well under pressure during high volume callsProblem solving skillsAbility to adapt to urgent prioritiesAbility to resolve scheduling conflicts quicklyAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong attention to detailAbility to multi-taskThrives in a team culture environmentComputer proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsPrevious CRM experience helpfulDependableHourly rate / Benefits at ForTec Medical:Competitive hourly rateIndependent working atmosphere.
