Workday Facilitation Specialist
JOB SUMMARY:Are you passionate about enabling system adoption and delivering effective learning experiences? We are seeking a Workday Facilitation Specialist to support a Workday Time Tracking initiative through expert training facilitation and end-user enablement. This role will focus on delivering virtual instructor-led training, supporting Workday Time Tracking and related Workday HCM processes, and ensuring users understand how to accurately and confidently complete time-related tasks in Workday.The ideal candidate will bring hands-on Workday Time Tracking and/or Workday HCM experience, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to translate complex system processes into clear, engaging learning experiences. This role partners closely with HR, Sysco Technology, Payroll, and site stakeholders to drive consistent adoption and effective utilization of Workday Time Tracking.$70-$75/ HR RESPONSIBILITIES:Training Facilitation:• Facilitate virtual and/or in-person instructor-led training sessions focused on Workday Time Tracking and related Workday HCM functionality• Deliver role-based training for managers, and HR partners• Adapt facilitation style and approach to meet the needs of diverse audiences and learning preferences• Lead system demonstrations, guided practice, and Q&A sessions to reinforce learningContent Development:• Design and develop clear, user-friendly Workday user guides and reference materials• Ensure all documentation aligns with organizational standards and project timelinesStakeholder Collaboration:• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and validate content• Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoptionContinuous Improvement:• Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to refine training materials• Monitor engagement and recommend enhancements for better user experienceAvailability:• Delivers prompt and dependable responses to inquiries, minimizing delays and driving effective resolution of issues• Must be available to work primarily during Central Time business hours (9 AM – 5 PM), with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed for business priorities including but not limited to working hours prior to and/or after Central Time business hoursPerform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)• A minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in Workday facilitation and user guide creation required (Preferably in the Workday Time-Tracking space)• Expert knowledge of and experience with PowerPoint• Strong instructional design and virtual facilitation skills via Microsoft Teams• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilitiesDESIRED CHARACTERISTICS & SKILLS:• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment• Familiarity with adult learning principles and best practices• Attention to detail a must• Proficient verbal and written communication skills• A sense of urgency in resolving client requests to ensure timely resolution• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines• Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity to information• Able to process complex information and identify solutions that meet both internal and business partner requirements• Demonstrate ability to handle ambiguity and fluid situations, demonstrating a pragmatic approach• Ability to interact with and support all levels of management to support them achieving goals/targets• Demonstrated ability to use appropriate judgment in knowing when to involve other resources (e.g., escalation) in decisions or actions• Experience providing feedback to help others understand the rationale of desired outcomes and standardsPHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
