Partnerships and Sales Coordinator
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide administrative support for ACCA's partnership program, associate members, and advertising sales.Support fulfillment of all partner benefits, including but not limited to:Collecting partnership deliverables and sending reminders when materials are dueCreating and sending invoices for partnersScheduling meetings with partners and prospectsScheduling webinars and coordinating deliverables for partner webinars Collecting advertising assets for partner deliverablesTracking and reporting on performance metrics for partnersTracking utilization of partner program benefitsSupport fulfillment of advertising sales, including but not limited to:Collecting advertising deliverables and sending reminders when materials are dueResponding to advertising inquiries by sending media kit with advertising optionsCreating and sending invoices for advertising salesTracking and reporting on performance metrics for advertisersSupport acquisition and retention of associate members:Fielding requests from potential new associate members and respond to questions about member benefitsSigning up new associate membersSupporting current associate members wishing to utilize their member benefitsSupporting current associate members who are interested in advertising, sponsorship, or exhibiting opportunitiesOn a regular basis, pull reports to track outstanding payments not yet received from advertisers, partners, and associate members.Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials and communications for advertising, partnerships, and associate members.Support all other administrative work for the partnership and advertising programs as needed.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, updates, and partner news.TRAVEL EXPECTATIONS: 10 percentThis job description describes the general duties and responsibilities of the position. If you are looking for a career where you can grow and make a difference, ACCA is the place for you.QUALIFICATIONS:Education/certification requirements:Bachelor's degree Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Experience level:2+ years of experience in administrative work, partnership development, marketing, or sales, preferably within a non-profit or association environment.Technical skills:Experience using CRM software.Experience using project management systems to track work (Asana, Monday, Basecamp, etc).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc).HubSpot experience a plus.Other skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote environment.
