In this role, the Patient Care Coordinator will manage appointment scheduling, assist with patient care, and coordinate communication among medical staff, patients, and healthcare providers. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing exceptional service to all patients in a professional and compassionate manner.The Patient Care Coordinator will also be responsible for preparing patient charts ahead of appointments, calling and confirming scheduled patients, traveling to multiple office locations as needed, maintaining communication with patients regarding appointments and updates, restocking treatment and exam rooms, cleaning and organizing rooms, and assisting doctors with translation when needed.QualificationsProficiency in Appointment Scheduling and strong Phone Etiquette skillsExperience in Care Coordination and a solid understanding of Medical TerminologyAbility to provide compassionate and attentive Patient CareStrong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilitiesExperience in a healthcare or medical office setting preferredFamiliarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plusAbility to prepare charts and stay organized ahead of daily schedulesReliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple locationsAbility to maintain clean, stocked, and organized patient roomsBilingual skills and ability to assist with translation preferred
