Technical Program Manager

Overview In this role you will drive end-to-end programs for Robust’s warehouse robotic systems, coordinating hardware, software and deployment efforts. You’ll lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment to meet ambitious timelines. You’ll translate complex requirements into actionable plans, manage risk and escalations, and ensure alignment with leadership on progress and trade-offs. This role sits at the intersection of product delivery and field deployment, shaping how Robust’s robotics portfolio scales in real-world environments.
