Millwright Apprentice

Ohio based contractor specializing in the fabrication and installation of material handling equipment is hiring Millwright Apprentices (mechanically inclined individuals) with experience working in a manufacturing/industrial setting. There is no welding, all bolt-up structural steel. Millwright Apprentice Job Duties Assist with the installation of mezzanines and structural pallet racking systems. Must be comfortable working off a scissor lift Moving materials using forklift. Millwright Apprentice Qualifications Some exp working in an industrial/manufacturing facility. SOME bolt-up or experience with erecting/connecting steel, pre-fab metal buildings or installing cantilever racking is preferred. Experience operating a forklift and scissor lift is preferred. Certified forklift operators and scissor lift operators will have priority. OSHA 10 preferred but not mandatory. MUST have PPE including safety harness, hard hat, safety glasses, high-visibility vest/shirt, gloves and steel toe boots. Basic hand tools/bolt bag/wrenches/sockets, etc REQUIRED.
