Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Coordinator, based in Panama City, FL. The Warehouse Coordinator will oversee daily operations in the warehouse, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and material handling. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate documentation, maintaining organized inventory, coordinating with internal teams, and adhering to safety protocols. The role demands strong organization and communication skills to ensure efficient warehouse processes and support business operations. Qualifications Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving processes and Material HandlingExperience in Inventory Management and Inventory Control systemsStrong Communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teamsKnowledge of warehouse safety practices and proceduresStrong organizational skills and attention to detailBasic computer skills and familiarity with inventory softwarePrevious experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferredAbility to lift and move heavy objects as requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in warehouse management are a plus
