We do not require previous recruiting experience because we provide the proper training, tools, resources and support to reach your individual earning goals.Responsibilities:Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidatesPartner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placementsProficient use of recruiting tools and materialsCall, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offersConduct reference checks on candidatesRequirements:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsConsistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidatesMust be comfortable establishing relationships over the phoneAct with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindsetEffective negotiation skillsA degree is preferred but not requiredSuccessful completion of gpac training and all training requirementsWe believe we have one of the most unique and gratifying opportunities, both personally and professionally, while providing a company culture that is unmatched!
