The Administrator will support internal and external users on the Salesforce platform and other integrated systems. We believe best-ever experiences start from the inside out - so this means we’re looking for an approachable, friendly team player.ResponsibilitiesManage incoming ticket requests from internal usersProvide real-time support for issues relating to Salesforce and other integrated systemsAssist with break/fix requestsAssist in system testing to ensure enhancements work properlyHandle ad hoc report & dashboard requestsContribute to adoption by improving the user experience through standardization, documentation, training, and ongoing usability improvement initiativesCollaborate with internal teams to understand their needs and develop Salesforce solutions for themUse tools such as DataLoader, Workbench, & Excel for data scrubbing, manipulation, and inserting new recordsMaintain and customize objects, record types, page layouts, fields, flows, approval processes, profiles, roles, security settings, sharing, validation rules, and alertsLeverage declarative tools to enhance system configurations while adhering to best practicesRequirementsRequired Qualifications2+ years of Salesforce experience + Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification, requiredBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceUnderstands the Salesforce database structure & best practicesTakes initiative and delivers results with minimal supervisionStrong business acumen, technical aptitude, analytical skills, & attention to detailAn excellent communicator who is efficient and effective with customers and colleagues via web conferences, email, and in-person across roles and varying skill setsPreferred QualificationsSalesforce Ecosystem Tools: CPQ, Lightning, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, PardotWorkflow & Automation Platforms: Zapier, Formstack, JotformDocument & e-Signature Tools: Dropbox Sign, PandaDocs, Box, Docusign, Adobe SignTechnical Salesforce Utilities: Salesforce Workbench, DataLoader, APEX, or similar development/debugging toolsPositive attitude and growth mindsetPerks of Scale ComputingCompetitive Health Plan including Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, & Life Insurance options beginning on first of the month following date of hire401(k), FSA, HSACasual dress codeFully stocked kitchenVibrant and Inclusive Workplace AtmospherePaid company holidaysDiscretionary time off policyFlexible work environment and an opportunity to grow as we grow.Scale Computing is an equal-opportunity employer.
