The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Java development expertise, experience building cloud-native applications in AWS, and a proven background leading technical teams in an enterprise environment.Required Skills & Qualifications10+ years of experience in Java development, with recent experience as a Java LeadExtensive experience developing applications in an AWS cloud environmentStrong hands-on experience designing and developing Microservices using Java and Spring BootExperience with REST APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectureStrong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and related frameworksExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deploymentAbility to lead technical discussions, perform code reviews, and mentor development teamsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsMust be willing to work onsite 5 days per weekPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience in the Banking or Financial Services industryExperience working within Connected Consumer Banking (CCB) environmentsFormer JPMorgan Chase (JPMC) experience is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage
