Overtime available.What we are looking for: Full-time skilled lead carpenters with experience in all facets of construction.Responsibilities: -Capable of running a crew of 3-4 people to get jobs done in a timely and efficient manner. -Demo/disposal of C&D debris -Loading/unloading materials/inventory deliveries -Rough framing -Drywall hang and finish -Tile -Flooring: vinyl/hardware installation -Doors/windows: all trim and finish work -Electrical/plumbing -Roofing/siding/guttersRequirements: -Experience and knowledge in all areas listed above. -Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. -Ability to read and understand blueprints and specs. -Must have own basic hand and power tools. -Ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs. -Good attention to detail: finish work and customer satisfaction.
