We are dedicated to delivering high-quality and innovative designs that exceed client expectations.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a BIM Manager. The Revit BIM Manager will be responsible for technical drawing, creating construction drawings, and utilizing Revit (CAD) software. The role will involve collaborating with design engineering teams to develop and execute design plans. QualificationsResponsible for developing and implementing BIM workflow and driving standard usage of BIM and Revit within and outside the firmOversee the use of BIM/Revit software firm-wide, including installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting all BIM installations as well as analyzing and solving BIM user issuesSupport each project team by (1) managing and creating content library files and templates, (2) creating and enforcing standards, and (3) evaluating project models.Support project start-up coordination, helping teams develop strategies for effective delivery of quality documents, and set-up each project, thereby ensuring that each one is set up correctly.Proficient in modelling building architectural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing features using Revit.Proficiency in technical drawing and computer-aided design (CAD) softwareExperience in creating construction drawingsKnowledge of design engineering principlesStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
