CNA/HHA

Responsibilities: - Provide personal care assistance to clients - Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety - Administer medications and assist with hands-on treatment as directed by healthcare professionals - Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation - Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure client privacy and confidentiality -Compliance with the rules and Regulations of the agency -Etc., Qualifications: -CNA certification - Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred - Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures - Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to help others - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
