Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Python/AI Developers with strong hands-on experience in Agentic AI, LLM integration, and enterprise automation. Candidates should have expertise in developing AI agents, Python-based applications, and intelligent workflow automation solutions.
Must-Have Skills:6+ years of hands-on Python Development.
Strong experience in Agentic AI / AI Agent Development.
Hands-on experience with LLM Integration and Generative AI.Experience with Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Crew AI, or Auto Gen.
Python frameworks: FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Experience with AI/ML libraries – Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
Strong knowledge of Enterprise Automation, Workflow Orchestration, Queues, and Custom Libraries.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot / AI-assisted development tools.
Knowledge of Pytest, Unittest, and Spec-Driven Development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Python applications, backend services, and AI-driven solutions.
Design and implement AI agents and LLM-powered workflows.
Build enterprise automation solutions and reusable Python libraries.
Modernize legacy applications using AI-assisted development tools.
Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and optimization.
