PorterUnder the direction of the Trailer Shop Manager, the Porter will retrieve/return trailer unit(s) that are scheduled for work.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesProvides delivery and transportation support for sales operationsRetrieve/Return Trailer Unit(s) that are ready to be worked onMove Trailer around for customers to different locationsPark Trailers either in the shop and/or in an open space on propertyEnsure the parking lot is organized allowing the flow of traffic to be functionalMaintain and Update the inventory of trailer units parked on propertyPerforms other duties as assignedRequirementsMinimum of 1 year of porter experienceCurrent CDL LicenseA DOT physical examination clearance card must be held by the employeeGood communication skillsSupervisory ResponsibilitiesNonePhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
