Job Description:Continuous Improvement Manager | Holt, MISalary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experienceAre you a dedicated professional with a passion for driving operational efficiency and eliminating waste? By connecting with us, you position yourself for opportunities that align with what you're looking for.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and execute Lean Six Sigma projects and initiatives across manufacturing operations.Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks using various CI methodologies.Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping) to all levels of staff.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and impact of improvement initiatives.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement standardized best practices and sustain improvements.Coach and mentor employees on CI principles, problem-solving techniques, and project management.Recommended QualificationsProven experience driving continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Black Belt preferred).Strong project management, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to lead change, coach teams, and foster a continuous improvement culture.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.Bonus QualificationsCertification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci).Proficiency with Minitab or other advanced statistical analysis software.Demonstrated ability to develop compelling business cases and quantify financial returns for CI initiatives.Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and experience integrating CI with automation, IoT, or advanced analytics.Experience with advanced CI methodologies such as Theory of Constraints (TOC) or Design for Six Sigma (DFSS).Job Titles That Should ApplyProcess Improvement Manager, Operational Excellence Manager, Lean Six Sigma Manager, Business Process Improvement Manager, CI Manager, Lean Manager, Six Sigma Manager, Performance Improvement Manager, Process Excellence Manager, Continuous Improvement LeadWhy Pivot GroupThe Pivot Group was founded by manufacturing professionals who've been on both sides of the hiring process.
