Inventory Specialist

$15 The Inventory Specialist is to provide support in the organization and management of product inventory to maximize operational efficiency. Duties and responsibilities Following all state and internal compliance guidelines and SOPs, digitally and physically transfer product from vault to sales floor using Flowhub Ensure products on sales floor are stocked, organized and visually appealing at all times Continuously communicate with Inventory Lead and Floor Supervisors to ensure all priority (best-selling) items are stocked at all times Assist budtenders in finding products on sales floor or vault Identify product loss and follow corrective actions Comply with OLCC Inspection guidelines Maintain organized and clean inventory storage space Create and maintain accurate inventory logs as needed Assist with product display on sales floor Other duties as assigned Qualifications Must be be able to work a flexible schedule ability to obtain and keep qualifications for an Oregon marijuana handlers permit ability to work in a fast pace environment ability to work efficiently with our Point of Sale system ability to work in an environment where you might have to stand for several hours at a time ability to be flexible in the workplace and work multiple positions ability to work as a team, and work well with others ability to work and interact with customers in a manner that is respectable and courteous ability to work with, count, count back to customers cash accurately Must have the ability to take and obey orders Must be honest, courteous, and respectful to fellow coworkers and superiors alike Ability to communicate well via, telephone, text, email, or in person Ability to communicate with vendors, representatives, and owners of producers, processors, distribution and wholesalers. Have extensive knowledge of cannabis, and all of the cannabis products purchased for the retail location Communicate well with co-workers/inventory staff Working conditions/ Physical Requirements Must have the ability to reach at or below/above shoulder level on a continuous basis Must be able to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment and maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude while dealing effectively with customers, management, team members Must be able to lift 50+ lbs Must be able to climb up and down stairs Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Work Location: In person
