Flexible scheduling is available so with us - you work when it works for you!!Nurses And More OffersGreat Pay Rates Flexibility to work around your schedule (PER DIEM)Weekly Pay (direct deposited on Friday into your checking or savings account)Advanced Pay Great Support Staff Job Requirements Of The Home Health AideOne full year of experience within the last three yearsCurrent certification showing 75hrs of training / HHA CertificationCurrent CPR certification requiredPhysical within the last yearCurrent PPD / TB test (within past year) or Chest X-ray (within five years)FL Alzheimer's CEU (must be 2 hours)FL HIV/AIDs CEUProof of full COVID vaccination (per CMS vaccine mandate) OR submit an approved medical exemption (with supportive documentation) OR religious exemption prior to hire dateValid Driver's LicenseCriminal history report with no activity listedPre-employment drug screen requiredDuties And Responsibilities For The Home Health AideAdheres to written/verbal instructions of skilled nurse/therapist in providing careProvides hands-on personal care, hygiene, and activities of daily living (ADLs) Provides ambulation or exercises programs as an extension of therapy or nursingObserves and reports any safety hazards found in the patient's homeObserves and reports any changes in the patient's condition Attends staff meetings and completes twelve (12) hours of in-services annuallyReports any patient concerns/complaints or grievances to the Case Manager / Clinical DirectorMaintains patient confidentiality; complies with HIPAA requirements and Agency policies and proceduresRepresents the Agency in a positive and professional manner; complies with all policies regarding ethical practicesSee Job Description
