You’ll own the client relationship from initial conversation through close, while collaborating with analysts and dealing with team members to deliver exceptional outcomes.You’ll have the autonomy to build your market, the platform to scale your impact, and the earning potential to match your performance.What You’ll DoOriginate and develop new client relationships with business owners considering a saleLeverage and grow a strong referral network (wealth advisors, CPAs, attorneys, consultants)Lead clients through the full M&A lifecycle—from valuation to closePresent valuation insights and exit strategies to founder‑owners and executivesOversee preparation of marketing materials and confidential information memorandaCoordinate and guide analyst support teams to ensure accuracy and qualityMarket opportunities to qualified buyers and manage buyer interactionsNegotiate offers and structure transactions in the best interest of clientsLead and coordinate due diligence efforts across buyers, clients, and internal teamsMaintain accurate reporting and pipeline management within CRM systemsRepresent NOW EXIT professionally in the market and at client meetingsTravel as needed for client meetings and buyer site visitsWho You AreA trusted advisor to business owners with strong executive presenceA proven relationship builder with an established referral networkComfortable selling high‑value consulting services to senior decision‑makersHighly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple deals simultaneouslyFinancially savvy with the ability to interpret and explain financial statementsConfident communicator—clear, persuasive, and professionalQualificationsExperience (preferred):Former Active Business Broker, M&A Advisor, Wealth Manager, or founder who has built and sold a company ($5M+ transaction experience strongly preferred)Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in business sale transactionsDirect operating experience at the shareholder or executive level is a strong plusEstablished relationships with Wealth Advisors, CPAs, Estate Attorneys, and other Business‑Owner AdvisorsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or AccountingMBA preferredEquivalent experience considered: 5+ years owning/operating a business generating $5M+ in revenue with a professional management teamTools & SkillsCRM systems and deal trackingMicrosoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Financial analysis and valuation conceptsSocial media and professional networking for prospectingStrong follow‑up and pipeline disciplineCompensation & BenefitsMarket President – M&A AdvisoryBase Salary: $75,000–$100,000 + performance-based incentives from success fees On-Target Earnings: $150,000–$200,000+ Location: Fully remote in Phoenix are (with travel as needed) Employment Type: Full‑timeWhy NOW EXITHigh‑growth national platform with strong brand momentumMeaningful work advising entrepreneurs at pivotal momentsSignificant autonomy with leadership visibilityScalable income potential tied directly to performanceCollaborative, experienced deal teams that support your success
