We leverage our multi-disciplinary strength to benefit our clients, and we communicate, collaborate, and execute together as a team.Position Description:We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Environmental Project Manager to serve as Ayuda's representative leading complex environmental investigation, remediation, compliance, and restoration projects supporting federal agencies nationwide. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and federal contracting experience within the environmental and remediation services sector. The Senior Environmental Project Manager will have a background managing groundwater, soil, water and air projects with expertise in RCRA and CERCLA regulatory framework. This position plays a critical role in managing multidisciplinary environmental projects, ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, subcontractor management, budget development and tracking, schedule development and adherence, and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage large-scale environmental investigation, remediation, and compliance projects for federal clientsOversee project execution from proposal support and planning through field implementation, reporting, and closeoutPrepare and review technical work plans, reports, cost estimates, schedules, and quality control documentationManage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and technical teamsMentor junior project managers and technical staffEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulationsMaintain compliance with company QA/QC programs; company, OSHA, and federal safety standards; and federal contracting requirementsServe as primary point of contact for federal contracting officers, CORs, and stakeholdersDrive performance resulting in excellent client satisfaction and repeat businessSupport business development activities including capture planning, proposal development, and client relationship managementExperience, Education and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or other related fieldPE or PG required if applicablePMP preferredMinimum 10 years demonstrated experience managing Federal Government environmental remediation, investigation, hazardous waste, environmental compliance, and restoration projects.MMRP project experience preferredExperience with IDIQ, MATOC, or task order-based federal contracts preferredProven success managing project financials, schedule, and multidisciplinary teamsAbility to travel to project sites as neededAbility to obtain and maintain access and clearance for federal installationsKnowledge of and experience with USACE EM 385-1-1Excellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrate initiative and the ability to problem solveComfortable in a dynamic environmentAbility to manage multiple projects at the same timeTravel:Travel will be required and is estimated at 20 to 30%.Salary:$130,000-$200,000 Annual Salary, commensurate with experience
