Quality Engineer - Direct Hire | $75,000–$85,000 + Full BenefitsAdecco is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in the Brookfield / New Milford area to hire a hands-on Quality Engineer who will own quality initiatives and drive continuous improvement across operations.This is a Direct Hire opportunity with immediate opening.What You'll Do:· Lead quality planning and continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing· Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA, 8D) to reduce defects· Analyze quality data using SPC and other statistical tools to improve process capability· Support new product launches using PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP/APQP· Ensure compliance with quality systems such as ISO 9001, IATF, or AS9100· Lead internal audits and support customer and regulatory audits· Investigate and resolve customer quality issues in a hands-on capacity· Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply ChainQualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field· 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment· Strong knowledge of FMEA, SPC, PPAP, DOE, Lean / Six Sigma methodologies· Experience working within formal quality management systems and audits· Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills· Preferred: CQE, CQA, or Six Sigma certificationWhy This Role Stands Out:· Stable manufacturing organization with long-term growth· Opportunity to own quality initiatives and influence outcomes· Collaborative culture where quality is proactive, not reactive· Broad exposure across products, processes, and cross-functional teamsIf you are a Quality Engineer ready to make a measurable impact in a well-run manufacturing environment, apply today for immediate consideration.About Adecco:Adecco is a global staffing leader offering Direct Hire, Temp-to-Hire, and Temporary opportunities.
