This individual will play a critical role in driving project delivery, aligning stakeholders, mitigating risks, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates effectively across technical and business teams, and brings a strong operational mindset to project execution and continuous improvement, highly accountable, solutions-oriented, and capable of driving alignment and momentum across teams while maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project delivery for complex technology and operational initiativesDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and deliverablesCoordinate cross-functional teams including technology, operations, leadership, vendors, and external stakeholdersProactively identify project risks, roadblocks, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategiesFacilitate project meetings, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and executive updatesEnsure projects remain aligned with business goals, timelines, and quality expectationsMonitor project progress and drive accountability across teams to ensure successful executionSupport resource and capacity planning across multiple concurrent initiativesChampion process improvements and help refine project management methodologies, tools, and workflowsMentor junior project managers and team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performance cultureAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking related to project initiativesMaintain project documentation, reporting, and governance standardsQualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferredMinimum of 7 years of progressive project management experience managing complex technology or operational projectsStrong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologiesHands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platformsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environmentsExperience managing project budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and financial reportingStrong problem-solving, organizational, and risk management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and drive projects to completion with minimal supervisionPMP certification or related project management certifications preferredPreferred ExperienceExperience working in SaaS, technology, infrastructure, fintech, automotive technology, or enterprise software environmentsExperience leading cross-functional enterprise initiatives and process improvement programsFamiliarity with PMO governance, operational reporting, and stakeholder management best practices
