Rack Installer

Job Description Description:We are looking for a Pallet Rack Installer to join our team at Wize Solutions. In this role, you'll assist with the safe and precise installation of pallet rack shelving in warehouses. Working closely with the foreman, you'll handle various installation tasks, operating equipment and tools to ensure secure and efficient setups for our clients.Requirements:Who You Are:Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethicA team player who enjoys collaborating in 6-8 member crews under a manager's directionPhysically able to handle lifting, crouching, and working at heightsSafety-conscious and committed to completing all required safety trainingAdaptable and willing to learn, taking pride in high-quality workWhat You'll Own:Support the foreman with daily installation tasksAssemble and install pallet racks, shelving, and cantilever racksOperate scissor lifts, forklifts, and various construction toolsMeasure and mark lines to ensure precision in installationsAdhere to safety standards and complete ongoing safety trainingOccasionally travel as needed for job assignmentsExperience You'll Need:Bilingual (required)Ability to lift 40 lbs throughout the dayOSHA 10-hour Certification (raise available upon completion)Ability to pass background and drug testsReliable transportationComfort working at heights, standing, ducking, and crouching1 year of construction experience (preferred)Welding experience (preferred)Ability to read electrical schematics (preferred)
