Project Manager
Title: Project Manager – Oracle Boundary Applications & Finance SystemsLocation: Remote (United States)Job Type: Contract Position Job Summary:We are seeking a Project Manager to support Oracle boundary applications and finance systems. This role will coordinate with vendors, the EDI team, and internal stakeholders to ensure connectivity, testing, and deployment of applications within cloned financial environments. The PM will also manage a small portfolio of standalone finance applications and ensure alignment with overall program timelines. This position requires strong stakeholder management, coordination, and delivery oversight across multiple workstreams.Key Responsibilities:Manage projects involving Oracle boundary applications and related finance systemsCoordinate with vendors and EDI team to ensure connectivity with cloned financial environmentsWork closely with internal integration lead for system interfaces and dependenciesOversee testing activities including integration, connectivity, and UAT for finance applicationsManage deployment of new environments for standalone finance applicationsEnsure application readiness aligns with overall program timelinesTrack dependencies across Oracle financial systems, EDI, and third-party vendorsFacilitate status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and leadershipIdentify risks related to integrations, environment readiness, and testing timelinesDrive issue resolution across cross-functional teamsMaintain project documentation, timelines, and communication plansCoordinate cutover activities and environment transition planningRequired Qualifications:7+ years of Project Management experienceExperience supporting Oracle Financials or Oracle boundary applicationsStrong experience coordinating with EDI teams and external vendorsExperience managing system integrations and environment cloning/testingAbility to manage multiple applications and concurrent timelinesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience with UAT, integration testing, and environment coordinationPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Oracle EBS / Oracle Finance applicationsBackground in Finance systems or ERP implementationsExperience managing standalone finance tools integrated with OraclePMP, Agile, or similar certification preferred
