The Opportunity: We are looking for Regional Sales Leads and Industry Veterans to join us as Strategic Growth Partners. This is a flexible, commission-only role designed for connected professionals (Chemical Reps, Equipment Sales, Consultants) who want to monetize their existing relationships. You do not need to quit your current day job—simply add a high-tech, high-margin solution to your portfolio. Who You Are: You are a "Connector" with a deep network in the Car Wash industry. You have existing relationships with decision-makers (Owners, COOs, VPs of Ops) at chains with 5–200 locations. You want to represent a premium, Silicon Valley software product that solves a real pain point (Labor & Ghosting). How It Works: Leverage Your Network: You open the door. A simple text or email to your contact setting up a demo is often all it takes. We Do The Heavy Lifting: Our product team runs the technical demo, handles the onboarding, and manages customer success. You Earn: We pay a generous commission for every deal you facilitate. Compensation (Uncapped & Transparent): Competitive Revenue Share: You earn a percentage of the First Year Contract Value (ARR) for every closed deal. Volume Based: Our ideal customers are multi-location chains, meaning a single introduction can result in significant commissions. Uncapped: There is no limit on how much you can earn.
