International Tax ManagerOverviewThis is a high-impact opportunity to join a lean, globally focused International Tax team in a role that blends hands-on transfer pricing execution with strategic business partnership. The organization operates with a deliberate model to keep Tax closely connected to the business, creating meaningful ownership, visibility, and influence for this role.The Manager will play a key role in strengthening and evolving the company’s global transfer pricing framework, with particular emphasis on transitioning ownership of core TP calculations from Accounting into Tax. This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys working with data, understanding how transactions flow through the business, and applying transfer pricing concepts to real-world operations—not just documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesTransfer Pricing Operations & AnalyticsOwn and support recurring intercompany calculations, including service fees, royalties, margin targets, and year-end true-up adjustments.Partner closely with Accounting and Finance to ensure accurate transfer pricing adjustments into COGS and consolidated results.Monitor actual results against arm’s-length targets and prepare adjustment analyses.Support and maintain documentation of TP methodologies, assumptions, and annual updates.Business & Transactional SupportStay closely connected to day-to-day business activity, supply chains, and intercompany flows to ensure transfer pricing reflects operational reality.Support new and evolving intercompany transactions, including benchmarking and economic analyses.Provide transfer pricing input on new transactions, restructurings, and changes in operating models.Compliance, Audit & AdvisorsCoordinate with external advisors (e.g., Big 4) on Local Files, Master File, and Country-by-Country reporting.Serve as a key internal contact during audits, supporting explanations of transfer pricing methodologies and outcomes.Assist with Pillar Two registrations and data-gathering efforts, as needed.Technology, Tools & CommunicationWork extensively in Oracle ERP and a consolidation/reporting platform with a robust Excel add-in used for daily analysis.Build clear, concise analyses and visual materials (PowerPoint slide decks) to communicate results and recommendations to leadership.Leverage AI-enabled tools (including Copilot within Excel) to drive efficiency, accuracy, and insight.Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation enhancements across International Tax.What This Role OffersReal ownership in a lean tax team with the ability to influence how transfer pricing is executed and improved.Strong visibility and partnership with Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders.Exposure to both operational and strategic aspects of international tax and transfer pricing.A modern, tech-forward environment that values data fluency, automation, and continuous improvement.Clear opportunity to develop into a go-to transfer pricing resource internally.Ideal BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.Typically 3–6 years of experience in transfer pricing, international tax, or related roles (public accounting and/or in-house).Solid foundation in OECD transfer pricing principles and practical application.Experience supporting benchmarking studies, TP calculations, and/or global compliance.Strong Excel and data analysis skills; comfort working in ERP environments.Ability to translate technical concepts into business-relevant insights.Curious, proactive mindset with interest in technology, AI, and process improvement.
