In this capacity, you will act as the primary technical authority for the platform, managing governance and architectural strategy to match organizational goals. You will work closely with executive stakeholders and technical teams to convert functional needs into sophisticated, end-to-end systems while providing leadership across all Salesforce-related programs.Core ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Ownership: Oversee the total Salesforce landscape, encompassing system design, data structures, security protocols, and connectivity models.Strategic Design: Orchestrate cross-cloud solutions that prioritize long-term scalability and operational efficiency.Technical Translation: Convert complex business requirements into high-level blueprints and precise technical specifications.Standards & Governance: Define and maintain rigorous development benchmarks and design patterns for all engineering teams.Integration Management: Supervise the development of intricate data exchanges using APIs, middleware like MuleSoft, and event-based messaging.Platform Guidance: Provide expert advice on the effective use of Apex, LWC, and emerging declarative or programmatic tools.AI Leadership: Direct the implementation of AI features, including Agentforce and Copilot, while establishing safe adoption frameworks.DevOps & Release: Formulate deployment strategies, including automated CI/CD pipelines and environment synchronization.Data Stewardship: Protect information integrity and compliance through sophisticated sharing rules and access management.Mentorship: Educate and guide developers and administrators to improve technical proficiency across the department.Continuous Innovation: Monitor industry shifts and platform updates to drive modern technological improvements.Qualifications RequiredDegree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional background.Minimum 8 years in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.Proven track record in multi-cloud design, DevOps maturity, and identity management (Okta/Azure AD).Active Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect credential.Deep expertise in REST/SOAP integrations and event-driven architecture (CDC, Platform Events).PreferredAdvanced certifications in Integration Architecture or Data Management.MuleSoft certification or similar integration platform expertise.Experience with Financial Services Cloud and Salesforce Shield.Familiarity with microservices and enterprise data governance.
