HVAC Technician/Installer

Edge Energy is a locally owned and operated company that specializes in residential, commercial, and new construction HVAC installations. We are looking to fill this full-time HVAC Technician/Installer position in primarily HVAC/R systems. Propane & Gas Licensing is a plus with negotiable additional compensation, based on experience. Valid driver's license required. 5+ years' experience preferred. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to work for a small and rapidly growing team. Responsibilities: Responsible for servicing and installing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction Responsible for troubleshooting equipment in our scope of work Perform repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of commercial HVAC systems Uses a variety of hand tools, following blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work as necessary Remain current on all manufacturer products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair in our scope of work Flexibility to work overtime when required NO ON-CALL SERVICE REQUIREMENT Joel Duncan Owner 18 Mill Ridge Rd North Yarmouth, ME 04097 207-210-3053 www.edgeenergyme.com Work Remotely No Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday No weekends Experience: HVAC: 5 years (Preferred) License/Certification: EPA Type II (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
