Maître D’ (Full-Time) — $30/hr We are seeking an experienced Maître D’ to lead and own the front door at a high level. This is a leadership role responsible for managing reservations, controlling dining room flow, and delivering a polished, hospitality-driven guest experience from arrival to departure. This is not a traditional host position. You will be expected to think critically, act independently, and operate with a strong sense of ownership over the door and overall service pacing. Responsibilities include: Managing reservations, VIPs, and large parties through Resy Controlling seating and pacing of the dining room Maintaining constant awareness of service flow Leading guest communication with confidence and professionalism Taking initiative on operational details (menus, organization, readiness) Acting as a key communication point between front door, floor, and management Qualifications: Strong FOH experience required (senior host, server, or similar) Experience with reservation systems (Resy preferred) Excellent communication and decision-making skills Ability to stay composed and lead in high-volume service Compensation: $30/hrSchedule: Full-time We are looking for someone who takes pride in running a tight, organized door and delivering a high-level guest experience.
