As a Traveling Retail Superintendent, you will oversee retail construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budget requirements. Key responsibilities include supervising on-site personnel, coordinating schedules, managing subcontractors, addressing daily operations, and ensuring safety compliance. This role involves significant travel to job sites as needed, making mobility and adaptability essential.QualificationsConstruction Management, Project Scheduling, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in reading blueprints, understanding technical specifications, and implementing project plansExperience supervising on-site teams, managing subcontractors, and ensuring safety protocols and quality standardsEffective communication, problem-solving, and leadership skillsAbility to travel extensively and adapt to irregular schedulesProficiency with project management software and toolsKnowledge of retail construction practices is highly beneficialA high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus
