Chief Financial Officer
Compensation: $285,000 – $305,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Equity Participation
Overview
E57 Partners is partnering with a private equity-backed company to identify a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the finance function for a business headquartered in the Phoenix Metro Area.
The business is supported by an investment group that operates more like a family office than a traditional private equity firm—focused on long‑term ownership, operational excellence, and sustained cash flow generation.
This is not a short‑term, exit‑driven environment. The strategy is centered on building and growing durable businesses over a 10+ year horizon, with a focus on financial discipline, scalability, and consistent performance.
The CFO will play a critical role in partnering with the CEO and leadership team to build a best‑in‑class finance organization and support long‑term value creation.
