Position SummaryDelva Tool & Machine is seeking an Office Administrator for our Cinnaminson, NJ location. The Office Administrator serves as a central support function for the business, helping keep information accurate, communication flowing, and operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, professional, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where priorities can shift quickly.What You’ll OwnServe as a professional point of contact for internal employees, customers, vendors, and visitorsManage incoming calls, emails, mail, and office correspondenceMaintain organized filing systems and accurate administrative recordsAssist with invoice entry, vendor bills, scanning, and administrative accounting supportSupport HR-related administrative functions including onboarding coordination, benefits administration support, and timecard auditsCoordinate meetings, schedules, office logistics, and administrative follow-up tasksMonitor and maintain office supplies and administrative resourcesSupport operational reporting, documentation, and administrative tracking activitiesAssist leadership with administrative projects and day-to-day coordinationHelp improve administrative workflows and organizational efficiencyMaintain confidentiality of sensitive employee, customer, and company information What You Bring2+ years of administrative, office support, customer service, or coordination experience preferredStrong organizational skills with high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistentlyProfessional communication skills, both written and verbalComfortable working within Microsoft Office and computer-based systemsAbility to work effectively with multiple departments and personalitiesSelf-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and professionalismExperience supporting manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, defense, or technical environments is a plus Benefits and PerksOur comprehensive benefits package includes, but is not limited to, a competitive salary between $25.00 - $30.00/hour, depending on experience, accrued vacation time, paid holidays, 401(k) with company match, health, dental, and vision insurance as well as Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and life/AD&D insurance.
