Responsable - Superviseur Transport H/F

Job Title In the context of a replacement, we are looking for a Transport Manager/Supervisor comfortable in the field of transport and logistics, capable of leading the activity with rigor, responsiveness, and a sense of service. As a true operational coordinator, you will play a central role in the organization and smooth running of transport operations, while ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance with regulations, and optimization of human and material resources. Reporting to the management, your responsibilities will include: Organizing and determining the technical solutions adapted to transport and collection operations; Registering transport orders and planning the activity of drivers; Assigning the human and material resources necessary for the realization of transports; Preparing, controlling, and following up on documents related to drivers, vehicles, and goods; Ensuring the proper delivery of collected goods with an objective of quality service, profitability, and respect of deadlines; Ensuring compliance with transport regulations, driving times, safety rules, and internal procedures; Participating in the elaboration of quotes and offers of services in connection with commercial teams and ADV; Anticipating and coordinating the logistical needs related to the flow of goods; Preparing the necessary elements for invoicing and contributing to the management of disputes; Applying the quality, safety, and environmental standards in force. Professional skills: Confirmed experience in the field of transport or transport operations; Good mastery of planning and organization of tours; Knowledge of transport regulations and drivers' working hours; Mastery of computer tools and exploitation supports; Ability to manage priorities and unforeseen events efficiently.
