Machine Operator - Collation

Would you like to actively shape the digital transformation with us?Finishing Department - Collation The Finishing Department takes printed panels and turns them into individual cards. Operators work 1st shift Monday - Friday 5:30am - 1:30pm and use a calibrated punch machine to cut individual cards from large, laminated sheets, inspecting each batch for quality, sorting the cards into boxes, and managing the material flow by clearing bins and reloading supplies. This is a great role for those who enjoy hands-on work and maintaining steady, efficient production.Operators run machines such as Oasys, Kurz, Burkle, Muhlbauer, Spartanics. This step requires precision, ensuring cards are cut clean, corners are smooth, and no defects move forward in the processThis is a fast-paced area where consistency and attention to detail are essential as products transition to the next stage of production.STARTING AT $18/HOUR, INCREASES BASED ON EXPERIENCE.Ability to comprehend and translate written work instructions to provide training to other employees and temporaries assigned in the departmentAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to perform multiple tasks in a time sensitive, deadline driven environmentUnderstanding of quality processes and proceduresUnderstanding the influences of the vision system.
