This role is ideal for clinicians who are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centered mental health care while working under clinical supervision in a supportive, mission-driven environment.What Youll DoUnder the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor, you will:Provide individual and potentially family psychotherapy servicesConduct clinical assessments and collaborate on treatment planningDeliver services in homes and community settings, as appropriateMaintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standardsMonitor client progress and adjust treatment recommendations as neededCoordinate referrals to additional clinical services when appropriateComply with all service delivery, billing, and documentation requirementsParticipate in clinical supervision, quality assurance activities, and program initiativesWhat Were Looking ForStrong clinical judgment with the ability to work independentlyExcellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsCommitment to confidentiality, ethical practice, and professional growthAbility to manage multiple cases in a dynamic clinical environmentEducation & Licensure RequirementsMasters degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Child and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related clinical fieldCurrent New York State licensure (or Limited Permit) as one of the following:Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT)Must meet NY State Office of the Professions licensure exemption criteria, where applicableMaintain active licensure in accordance with IPSIDD regulationsWork EnvironmentCommunity-based and office settingsWork may be fast-paced and mentally demandingReasonable accommodations availableWhy Join ADAPT MPS?ADAPT MPS is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
