This is a full-time position based on EST hours.Remote BCBAs are an important part of the Ready Set Connect leadership team. They work with the Administration and Leadership teams to maintain the culture, professionalism, and clinical excellence of Gersh and RSC. They will support the company in reaching long-term goals of expanding business opportunities while providing high-quality services for the children and families we serve.This role may be remote for candidates located outside New Hampshire. Candidates who reside in New Hampshire must be available to work in person at assigned NH program locations based on clinical and operational needs. The role may require in-person supervision, staff support, assessments, parent/team meetings, and site-based clinical coverage. Reasonable accommodations will be considered in accordance with applicable law.Duties And ResponsibilitiesUse appropriate assessment instruments and data to develop behavior change plans and intervention plans that reflect the outcomes and objectives identified in the treatment planConduct Skills and Functional Behavior Assessments remotelyEnsure that all treatment plans and programs comply with contract requirements, satisfy all insurance certification and other requirements, and meet or exceed professional standardsProvide telehealth supervision, training, and observations to ABA Therapists, RBTs, and BCBA candidates as designated by the Site Director and RSC policiesEstablish and maintain data measurement, collection, and analysis systems for children receiving behavioral interventionsDeliver consultation services to school districts, private schools, and outside agencies as requested and secured for contract servicesParticipate in telehealth parent meetings as determined by approved hoursMaintain all required continuing education requirements relevant to certification, and annual RSC trainings to include Safety Care and HIPAA trainingEnsure that all health information is secure and protected in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, also known as HIPAAComplete 30 hours of billable supervision, parent trainings, and assessments per week that are approved through insurance companies and schoolsQualificationsState the minimum qualifications required to successfully perform the job. These are the qualifications that are necessary for someone to be considered for the position. All qualifications must comply with provincial human rights legislation.Qualifications IncludeMaster’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related fieldActive BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, also known as BACBSolid knowledge of the principles and practices of Applied Behavior Analysis, including general behavioral assessment and Ethical Standards in Behavior AnalysisAbility to work with various technology, including Rethink ABA Data System and Microsoft Office 365Ability to work with a high level of independence, prioritizing tasks and goals set for self and othersClinical experience with telehealth services through insurance companies preferredKnowledge of insurance-based ABA services and documentation requirements preferred3–5 years in the field of ABA preferredWorking conditionsBCBAs Physical RequirementsPhysical strength/endurance to participate in the following activities when necessary.Sitting for long periods of time to conduct supervision of therapists and clients remotelyAssisting in directing staff remotely in Safety Care procedures during escalationsLifting/carrying of objects/items weighing up to 25 poundsStanding/walking/sitting on the floor/climbing stairs as requiredMonday through Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm with flexibility. Weekend hours as needed on a site-by-site basis. Flexibility to cover hours at other sites as neededDirect reportsBCBAs are responsible for the clinical services of the children who attend RSC.
