Job Title: Independent Contractor – Certified Process Server (Maricopa / Tucson / Cochise) Company: The Global Process Server Location: Statewide – Arizona (primary need in Maricopa, Pima/Tucson, and Cochise Counties) Job Type: Contract / Per-Job (1099 Independent Contractor) Compensation: $30 per standard serve $50 per rush serve Surveillance / recon work: Paid hourly; rate depends on experience HIGH VOLUME GOVT CNTRACT This is a per-job, independent contractor role. Pay is strictly per serve as listed above. Surveillance and recon assignments are paid hourly, with rates based on experience. Actual earnings vary based on volume, location, and availability. Hours: Flexible, independent contractor schedule. Field hours vary by assignment; servers choose jobs that fit their availability. About the Role: The Global Process Server is building a network of certified process servers across Arizona. We’re hiring independent contractor process servers in Maricopa, Tucson (Pima), and Cochise Counties to handle civil, family law, eviction, and subpoena services. We also have occasional surveillance and recon work for candidates with investigative experience. Requirements: Active Arizona private/certified process server registration. Experience serving legal documents in AZ (summons, evictions, family law, subpoenas). Reliable vehicle, smartphone, and ability to submit detailed reports and affidavits of service. Professional, discreet, and able to handle difficult or gated locations. Private investigator or general investigator experience is a plus (for surveillance/recon assignments).
